my baby not speaking right now he is 2 years 9 months but she understanding every thing , we r happy with our baby girl but y God has gave that punishment for me , pls tell me what is the reason

mam, please don't get disheartened.
I understand your concern.
but if a child can babble or can utter few words then no need to worry about it much
just encourage your child by talking with him more.
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child.
and if a child can not even babble or speak few words then check tongue tie problem.
