my baby not speaking 2 word still now. is it a development dealy sign ? she do play with her toys and say odd letters in english alphabets like q,u,v,w....xy..and poniting her eyes,and gesture like bye bye, flying kiss .but she didn't speak mom or dad or any words like some...please help me is it a development delay

Hello there ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. Babies start to speak small words like maa and paa by the age of two yaers and make small sentences by the age of three years. there is no delay as it seems.  Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.

proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 3 years of age. 
there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.

the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.
by 18 months if the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor for speech and development assessment.
requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.
 development by the age of 2 years the child should be able to speak few words with meaning in the sentence and should be able to understand all the commands and orders 
given by the parents and if you feel that they are not present in your child it is important to meet your pediatrician to assess the growth milestones of the child and whether there is any need of therapy or not.
if child has good understanding and follows
