my baby not passing stool from 5 days. ,i gave lactose syrup of 10 drops as doctor suggested still his not passing stool and he passing gasses and suffering to get stool

A. dear parent, it is normal and common among many exclusively breastfed baby to not pass stool for even 7 to 8 days at a stretch. so you should not worry.
