My baby not having any food she is now 1 yrs above

A. hi is your child having low weight gain ,i mean Below 7 kg weight? is there other symptoms like irritability , nausea ,fever etc along with it ? if the answers to my questions is yes then you should consult your pediatrician for once. give food like soup , coconut water , buttermilk, ajwain seeds water which will help to increase your child apetite.
