A. this may be due to acanthosis nigricans. acanthosis nigricans is a skin condition that causes thicker and darker patches in skin creases and folds, such as the neck, armpits, or groin. it's often seen in kids who are overweight or obese and may be linked to insulin resistance. although it usually doesn't require treatment, addressing the underlying cause (like weight loss) can help fade these patches. if you suspect your child has acanthosis nigricans, consult a doctor for proper evaluation. remember to gently clean the affected skin and avoid harsh treatments. z encourage a healthy diet and regular physical activity to improve skin appearance.

A. Mix some white bread into raw milk and apply that regularly onto that area you just have to make a slurry out of it which you can apply and you can leave it for another 10 minutes and after that gently scrub it off and do it every day and then just wash it with water this is going to give you good results
