My baby mouth cheek walls are looking like this whitish its not gng even though im cleaning but she is active taking feed well and urinating what to do now ?

A. Can i know the reason for this fungal infection and is it something abnormal or painful for the baby?

A. the baby is only two months of age if there is weight is coating on the cheek something up the baby most of the times it may be a fungal infection you can apply Candid mouth paint
