Q.
My baby makes sound like grrr since birth ..3.5 is the born weight but after that he lost his birth and underweight so doctors said the sound will go when he gain weight and now he his 5.5 but the sound remains

I think this issue can be curb in time once baby will be older and has more control over his body parts. Baby's weight is good. Generally babies get their weight thrice by 1 year and twice by 6 month of their birth weight.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
