my baby make sounds while sleeping, fold his legs, take enough time to burp.. can i use pecifier for my 1 and half month old baby.. kindly suggest helpful answers

Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort. Continue to exclusively breastfed your baby well on demand. Burp your baby after every feed. Speak with your child’s doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
