My baby lips were found sticky with white lathers after giving him chikoo(sapota) puree which was smashed in blender without steaming. I removed that using oil.. Will it harm mu baby internally??!

A. Hi..no nothing will happen..after giving every meal you make a havbit of wiping babies face with water.give water to drink..oil will not harm baby...it’s common..don’t worry

A. Got to know its bcz of the latex substance that s naturally available in the fruit. It wont be harmful. Im using coconut oil to wipe my baby lips after offering chikoo

A. I normally rub her mouth with a pinch of ghee before feeding sapota puree. It helps.

A. Even i am also faced the same issue today. soap water and castor oil have not worked well but warm water worked well to remove the sticky from my baby's lips. Thank you for the solution i read here👍

A. hello...no sapota or chicoo contains milky nature in it...it's normal...you just have to clean baby mouth and surrounding immediately after you feed ..it's is nature so it is nothing about harming baby...no worries
