Babies have immature soft skin, and little body fat .
This makes it get and lose heat pretty quickly.
that's why feet and palms may feel cold
Hot head without fever is a result of baby’s undeveloped thermoregulatory system
When baby is active, moves a lot, crying, the body temperature rises and you will feel this heat .
overclothing, swaddling, using room heaters van also be a reason for this.
Keep a comfortable room temperature
Make baby wear soft cotton clothes
Keep room well ventilated.
Maintain proper hydration.

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children6 years agoA. It's normal in babies some have cold feet and palms and some hot don't worry if the baby is active and healthy otherwise and not cranky and pees properly and taking feeds properly wear socks and gloves in the morning and evening time
