Swaddling will be very helpful in this current situation and legs are like that only as you mention it takes at least three months for them to get a little straight and that too with regular time and also keep the hands out of your child sometimes when you drape them completely the child gets very discomfort specially because of draping the hands so keep the hands out and keep the child comfortable
