Q.
my baby keeps continuously sucking breastfeeding. more than 1 hour. it takes nap 2 to 3 min. I can't understand where to stop feeding, his stomach is full or half full. current age 6 week

Babies just love to latch ,and quite a times they get tired while feeding and sleep ( nap) so it is advisable , when you tend to start feeding the when breast is full it tends to be heavy as such.
and once baby is feeding for some time, you feel the lightness, that in way is indcator,
