my baby is vomitting milk curry and the vomit smells like if there is an infection or indigestion problem...kindly suggest

A. See indication problem I can understand because this is common in this age because kids are very poor digestion they threw up a lot of milk when you say digestion it’s okay but I don’t know how you smell infection because if you have a doubt about it then better to get it checked
