As they are getting used to solids gradually increase the variety and quantity of the food.
You can give them - rice , roti , dry fruits and nuts , oats, sago , porridge made with ragi etc , different type of dals as well , also you can give panner , ghee , curds , milk in cooked form like kheer , egg yolk if preferred,

mashed potatoes Bananas sweet potatoes
soft parathas dipped in dals
mix vegetables dal khichdi with little ghee
ragi rawa pech
fruit puree
avoid packaged foods for baby
