my baby is very picky and hard to give veggies at all, can you lemmw know the vege intake for a day for a 4 year boy

A. hi it's common for kids to avoid green veggies encourage your child by giving such veggies in different forms like prepare mix veg khichdi,mix veg parathas, mix veg cutlet etc cut them in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter and serve it to your child
