My baby is very gassy and not feeding properly and not pooping properly. Kindly help

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. dear mum, it is common among infants to have gas problems and also not poop for even 7-8 days at a stretch. you should burp baby after every feed and give tummy time.
