my baby is very cough but iam giving ibujesic and ascoril syrup giving so want iam doing but is very cough any syrup or suggestions

A. advisable to give this medicine only after medical consultation and fever it is advisable to 1st give paracetamol compared to ibugesic and take follow up after 3 days with the doctor
