Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give her banana, avocado, pear, papaya, pineapple and mango. Give her plain nuts to eat like walnuts, peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts and raisins. Give her one boiled egg per day. Give her cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give her lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give her brown rice and ragi. Give her almond milk, soy milk and tofu. Give her chickpeas and green peas. These all help in healthy weight gain of the kid.

Toddlers grow at a slow rate when compared to infants. Give her whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, butter, cheese, curd and home made paneer. Give her fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them.
