My baby is underweight. i am giving her all weight gain food with balanced diet and nutrition based food. she eats also all but not gaining much weight and she is very thin. please suggestions

A. If you are telling that even a minimum of 10 KG as of now that means your child is appropriate if you feel it’s not happening even after eating well then in that case you better have a physical assessment of your child with your doctor is this could be due to some nutritional deficiency
