Q.
My baby is unable to sleep at night. She wakes up in every 1 hr. I have tried many things but she’s not able to sleep continuously. Two weeks before she was having cough cold. Also past 1 month she was having screen time more than hour. Now we whole not allowing her screen time please suggest best practice to avoid screen time.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 weeks agoA. In the night instead of giving feeding to the child if you’re giving breastfeeding avoid that give either bottle feeding or replace feeding with bottle that is going to be helpful and that’s going to get your child into the habit of better sleeping
