My baby is two months 13 days old. He is not doing motion/poop from last 6 days. He has gas also farting too much. Pls suggest is there any problem. Not pooping fro more than A week. His appetite also reduced. I m worried.

A. Hello mom babies who are on exclusively breast feeding they at timesdo not pass motion even for maximum 6 to 7 days . but as he is also farting and it is casuing discomfort ,do some massages and also cycle movements , it would help to ease the body. also take care of your diet
