Q.
my baby is twenty one month but he doesn't speak even Mummy papa. Some months before he shouted dada mama nana baba but he doesn't talk and show his needs through hand movement.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the child is not giving speaking single words you need to see for other milestones and and further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the thhe best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
