Q.

My baby is turning 2 in few days,he is not self feed . We feed with distraction (watching tv).could you please suggest how to start with self feeding process. He is not at all interested in food

A. hi it is not one day process. it takes time. so ,stay calm consistent and positive. to encourage your child for self feeding , initially,give finger food like variety of fruits ,nuts ,dry fruits etc try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
