A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have dxeficiency of calcium and vitamin d. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 18 months xalso so if your pezrsonal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

A. Every baby is different and so as their development milestones. Teething usually happens between the age of 6 to 18 months. Till then, there is no need to be worried as it is not a health related problem. You can massage the gums with clean finger or cotton cloth to stimulate them and keep feeding milk regularly.
