my baby is totally on formula feed.she is 3 months 13 days old.she is facing constipation.please suggest me what to do

Constipation is completely normal in this age so need not worry about it a child can go without pooping for 10 days at a stretch also but only thing is if the child is taking all the feeds properly the urine output is good then there is no problem with constipation also
