Q.

My baby is three months old and she developed a oral thrush few weeks back. We struggled a lot to feed that time and we were fine in few days. Again she developed oral thrush and I am worried if she will have any issues with feeding like last time. She is sucking her hands lot. Is that a reason for oral thrush. I don't have any cracked nipples. Why thrush is recurring? How long it will take to recover. Using candid mouth paint now.

A. Teething Could be happening with your child which is why your child is sucking the hands a lot apart from that if the thrush is happening every now and then then it is important for you to get a check with a paediatric dentist to understand the reason and treatment
