Q.

My baby is ten months old. I give plain milk to him is there any supplement for growth that I can add in milk?

A. It is recommended not to give packet milk or cows milk or any other animal milk until baby is one year old. It will be harsh for the baby's still developing digestive system. If u cannot breastfeed due to various reasons you can consult with your pediatrician and start formula for your baby. After one year also you shouldn't give any supplements until 2 years of age. May be u can use homemade nuts powder(only after 1 year of age) .
