A. putting things in mouth is a normal developmental behaviour known as mouthing babies way of exploring things.
it can also be due to teething
you can gently rub baby gums with clean fingers
can provide non bpa, non toxic teether, also can give a Small napkin which has been cooled in the refrigerator for baby to chew as non plastic teether
