Q.
My baby is taking iron and vitamin C drops daily in the morning, and his poop looks green with red, which looks so scary. If I stop those two drops, the baby's poop returns to normal. I am completely giving breast milk only, so please suggest if this is normal in babies or what I should do.

See if you are seeing red colour then first try to determine whether it is blood or something else because in a smaller age a child usually shows blood into the poop and that is because of an infection giving the supplements are not going to change the colour or not going to create redness into the poop for further assistance you can check with your doctor once
