Q.

My baby is taking approx 700 ml cow milk and his stool is of pale yellow color.Is there any relation between intake of cow milk and stool color

A. Yes, but 700 ml of cow’s milk is slightly more than recommended—for a 2-year-old, about 400–500 ml per day is ideal, as too much milk can reduce appetite for other foods and may cause iron deficiency.

A. Hello! I guess that is healthy over intake of cow milk. Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500 ML per day. That is, this includes milk intake, occurred, Paneer, or cheese, or whatever you give. You can speak to your doctor for further guidance.
