My baby is suffring from fever sinces last night but fever not reducing after giving p250 medicine so doctor sugguest me that taxim-o 50mg surp please tell me the doses for my baby age of 4yrs

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. col cd sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
