my baby is suffering from throat cold since 20 days.. I'm using d syrups which was advised by the doctor but no change in his voice....please give solution for this problem

A. thank you so much sir sir you suggested azhithral 100 mg..how many times should I give ND howmuch quantity sir???

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he is having a hoarse voice so give him indirect steam inhalation and azithral 100 mg daily for three days and sinarest af 5 drops three times a day
