my baby is suffering from fever when feeding syrup the temperature will down after 4 hours again raise from 2 days is it ok

A. It’s a basic nature of fever to rise every 4 to 6 hours which is normal so if the fever doesn’t subside despite of continuous medicine for three days then you should consult your doctor for further testing it may not be a normal fever it could be another kind of fever
