my baby is suffering from fever since 3days. temperature is varying between 100F - 101F. we gave apex syrup for for every 4 hours. her temperature is under control under medication. after 3 days we have stopped medication and now she is having a temperature of 100F-101F again early in the mornings.also she is having cold.what medication should I give for her.

A. it appears that your child is having some type of bacterial infection which is the growing again and again so it is important to meet your doctor because there might be need of antibiotics
