my baby is suffering from fever n cough from last Saturday how her fever is coming after 12 hrs gap is that ok

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the samez and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals xand regular diet and meet the doctor immediately.
