my baby is suffering from fever from last 2 days . doctor gave paracetamol and multi vitamin to baby but body temperature is sometimes warm sometimes normal. Please suggest what to do for normal temperature.

A. please continue the medicines given by the doctor or some more time yFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
