If fever presists see ur doctor for any infection
Meanehile u can give ur baby lost of fluids and light meals

give her syp crocine and give steam inhakation couple of times a day.
increase breast feeding and give yiur child lots of rest.
if no improvement after 3 days do consult your doctor
