Q.
My baby is suffering from fever at night tym from 4 days and not eating properly and in day tym he is well …2 teeth in back side is coming it’s a reason for it????

Yes teeth coming can be a reason for fever but the fever should not last for three days in general then it could be a viral fever also I am just going to advise you to consult your doctor crosscheck whether it is a normal fever or viral or any other kind of fever
