my baby is suffering from diaarhea but not loose. he is passing stool 10-12 times a day . I have consult doctor many times regarding the same he told me that he is suffering from infection and given priobiotics, zinc and antibiotics but he is not recovering from the same any suggestions please.

A. babies having diarrhoea Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
