Q.

My baby is suffering from cough and cold. Doctor advised me to give ambroxol hydrochloride drops... Is there will be any side effects after using this

A. If doubtful please try home remedies. Give indirect steam to the baby. Use saline nasal drops. Put a room humidifier in the room and add few drops of eucalyptus oil. Put a few drops of eucalyptus oil on the clothes pillow under the baby's shirt. Roast 2 to 3 garlic pods and a few pinches of ajwain till aroma spreads say about a minute let the mixture cool down and keep near your child. Warm some mustard oil add a pinch or two of salt and apply this on the chest and back before sleep. Keep the baby clean and hygienic and warm and ears covered
