My baby is suffering fever from yesterday night.can I give him paracetamol p-120 suspension

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again rhtepeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

Crocin DS Would be a better choice to go for because it is a better medicine then what you are talking about so if you had that you go ahead with that as you go ahead with this medicine this is much more stronger and you just have to give it to according to the current weight of your child
