my baby is straining and producing grunting noise the last two days i dont know why but if she is playing or being lifted she doesn't but when she is playing alone she produces straining sound she is 7 momths old

A. Maybe when the child is busy with something your child is not realising it but when the child sitting alone which I was doing it intentionally also but really we cannot be sure about it it’s better to check with the paediatrician to have better assurance as per the situation
