My baby is starting walking but her one knee is slightly bend is it normal !?

No Ma’am mostly by this age kids can work confidently so I think it would be good for you to get it checked with your doctor one time as a doctor would be able to help you correctly on that because they have a proper feet when they walk so if your child is started walking independently then little bit of this can be seen but still you should just get a check with the Dr
