A. it's ok common to spit. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

Teething could be one reason second is that it’s a very casual habit of this and third could probably be sometimes you will see that the child is going to keep the food into the mouth for hours will not swallow also all these things are very common but sometimes these things can happen due to teething as well
