Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. as your baby is a 3 month old so you need to maintain a normal thermia for your child you can use fan but just keep the baby in normal temperature and the nose of the baby should not get blocked as it is very small and you can put nasoclear saline drop if there is nasal blockage
