Q.

my baby is sleeping on his left side almost whole night even if I turn him and lay him flat he again turns to one side sleeping posture. is this safe?

A. yes all this is safe and fine. as per what you have told this seem s normal and does not need any medications as for now . So just do not worry about this at all
