my baby is sleeping about 10 hours during night but only one morning nap even that is irregular time for 1 to 2 hours what can I do to make her to sleep for 2 naps and at regular intervals or should I leave her on her own

A. Hello my dear parent! Baby’s sleeping pattern keeps changing in the first few months after birth. There is no reason to worry as long as child is healthy and active, gradually reaching milestones. Good luck and take care
