ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, rather than giving any sort of commercially available packaged foods, give homemade foods after baby completes 6 months. They are much more nutritious than packaged foods. For convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
