My baby is six month old and she hving cough can you give me a best medicine name which i cure my baby

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic lm and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

U Should consult your doctor the doctor would be able to advise you with the right medicine to be given to the child because it’s really very important that whatever cough syrup or any medicine that you give to the child should be suggested by a doctor only
