My baby is scratching her shoulder back recently and it created rashes on her back and skin became reddish. Do you suggest any food will cause allergic to the babies. She will eat normal food everyday. She ate banana one small piece recently because we don’t usually give banana to her and sambar once. Otherwise we give only health mix , milk, brown rice with dal or leaf veggies. Please advise will there be any foods will cause allergic to babies like fruits etc..,

A. hey mommy the rashes are common during summer. and more so as the baby's skin is very delicate. few things will help keep the baby in a well ventilated room always wipe his body in teh afternoon when it gets quite hot to help deal with teh sweating make him wear only cotton clothing so he doesn't snot sweat much and such one layer of clothing needed. also nothing needs to be done about the rash it will go away on its own. try and avoid banana for a few days and check if it helps.
